UMT Software Assurance provides you with financial incentives, access to product cumulative updates and service packs and free upgrade to major releases / versions of UMT Products. With Software Assurance you can easily keep up to date with UMT’s latest innovation.

If you have selected the perpetual licensing model and have purchased more than 100 Client Access Licenses you can enroll in the UMT Software Assurance program. If you have opted for the subscription licensing model Software Assurance is automatically included in the monthly license fee.

UMT is constantly enhancing our products based on customer and partner feedback. During the support lifecycle UMT regularly releases Cumulative Updates, Patches and Service Packs for existing products that include new features, resolutions to issues identified by the community and performance improvements.

UMT Knowledgebase Portal
The UMT Knowledgebase provides you with a one stop shop portal ensuring you can get answers to frequently asked questions and quickly identify and implement best practices.

UMT Knowledgebase Portal provides access to resources to help successfully install, configure, deploy and administer UMT products. The portal includes:

  • UMT Software downloads
  • Language packs
  • Cumulative updates, Patches and Service packs
  • Technical resources and product documentation

Discount on Non-Production Server Licenses
Non-production Server licenses can be used to configure and test UMT products in development, test and staging environments. By selecting the Software Assurance program you will receive one free Non-production Server license and 75% off additional Non-Production Server licenses.

Future Versions of UMT Products
By enrolling in the Software Assurance program you will receive free upgrades to new major releases of the UMT Products you have purchased. The current plan is to release new major versions of each product every 12 to 18 months; although this is subject to change.
